Do you know if there is a way to integrate facebook connect with intense debate on wordpress. Intense debate is by far the best commenting system but integration with facebook connect is must for me. All of my readers are on Facebook already so it just makes sense. Disqus is slow and crappy and JS-KIT is just ugly. ha.

The only way I know how to synchronize comments is to use the Wordpress commenting form. (it's an option in IntenseDebate settings) You'll lose the threading and other features, but you'll retain the moderation tools and comment sync with ID. I'm hoping they are working on a solution that works within the ID commenting system.

Thanks for the blog love Bwana – this is an excellent post, of course you know I'm biased We're really excited about the groove we're getting into as a company. We've got a great crew at IntenseDebate and we're getting to the point where we're just cranking it out now.

BTW – as a wordpress blog, I thought I'd give you the heads-up on some innovations that are a couple of weeks out. It's just a general heads-up…no specifics or spoilers. It's all about building anticipation and hype, you know? I'll let some details leak soon enough.
