That is the general difference between a traditional smartphone and the iPhone, everyone thinks - "Oh its an Apple, they are showing me how easy it is to use and I really could use access to the web and my email." This is a new thing for most, but not for traditional smart phone users. iPhone == Smartphone for not other *real* geeks, but for the masses, let the confusion ensue!!!
