So my landlord calls me today and informs me he didn’t receive my rent check. Naturally I was surprised since I setup recurring payments with Bank of America’s online bill pay. I went to my Bank of America account and low and behold, they removed the recurring payment entry. Completely gone. So I call back my landlord, apologize and end up driving to his office to pay him face to face.
Bank of America must want me to hate them. I had to pay $115 in late charges on my rent because of this “glitch”. Naturally, I’ve filed a complaint with customer support and am basically demanding a refund. C’mon BoA, after years of nearly flawless banking, you pull this?
