Hmm...for me it's the simplethings. The top item is that I can play music encoded with AAC/MP3/WMA on this one device...not to mention video too in MPEG-4/WMV/H.264 formats. Moving along, the thing has pretty good aesthetics and the screen is both larger and sharper in image than any of Apple's offerings. Don't even let me fail to mention that you can view video by leaning the thing on it's side as well!! The wifi functionality could wipe it's butt with the iPod if Microsoft chose to implement it properly, but it looks like they won't so the heck with it.
