ESPN Full Circle A Winner

Last night ESPN tried a little experiment with the Miami/FSU football game. They call it “ESPN Full Circle” and it provided an extended coverage view of one football game. It provided the following:

High Definition coverage on ESPN
Multi-camera angle coverage on ESPN2 (see screenshot above)
Sky Cam coverage on ESPNU
A ton of other coverage on ESPN Radio, Web, etc.

I must say, I was extremely impressed with the multi-camera angles. Combine this with DVR functionality and you have your own instant replay booth. Good job ESPN, I hope there are many more games like this to come.
