Do the 619 downloads in June 2006 refer to the downloads of the episodes created in June? Or does the figure include downloads of all your episodes, even if some of them were created in earlier months?

The 619 is all podcast downloads, no matter the episode number. So yes, it includes podcasts created in prior months.
