tivo 7.1 rolling out

pvrblog is reporting that tivo users are starting to receive the 7.1 software update. why is this important? well it includes the highly anticipated “tivo to go” feature where one can copy recordings to your pc without any special tivo hacks. hopefully, i’ll get this update in the next few days so i can start playing with it. it’ll be perfect to take episodes of “24″ with me on the road.
